Loyal Companion made a hard decision a little easier. They had handled our rabbit's remains last year, so when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Rambo kitty, we gave these guys a call. Someone was able to meet us on the day we euthanized, even with it being a Sunday (we knew this was coming, so were able to set up an appointment). We requested his blankie be with him through out the aquamation process, which they were more than understanding of. They have a good variety of urn options, and can engrave your pets name directly on the box. Pick up was easy, we were sent a text once Rambo was ready to come home. We requested ink prints, which turned out amazing, some of the best I've seen. We ended up with 14 paw prints, and 9 nose prints, so plenty to choose to either display or keep with other momentos. When I was at my lowest, having just lost my soul cat Moxie, I called Loyal Companion to take care of her. Emma was unfailingly kind and patient with me as I worked through my grief and tears to make arrangements. She texted me with updates and answered all my questions with grace and respect. At a very difficult time, I could not have asked for more compassionate assistance and service. When I picked up Moxie for her final trip home, the remains were in a little velvet bag, inside a container. They included paw prints and fur, which made me cry, but I'm so glad to have them. The Cosette family wants to extend our real true gratitude this place is amazing and they have done so many of our family and our pets. If I could I would give them 10 stars... They help me get through one of the worst and saddest moments in my life. When My miniature dachshund named Link of almost 13 years which we went through so much together and he was honestly my only best friend and he had Ivvd back problems and I nursed him back to health 3 times and got him walking again but the 4th time I had to put him down. It was the most hardest decision I had ever made in my life cause I didn't want to give up. But he was in so much pain. I loved him so much, am crying right now trying to type this he was such a wonderful dog. When it came time to calling for a crematory for dogs, it was the weekend and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. But I called loyal companion they took time out of there day to open there shop even when they were out of town with family... I felt they were a God send and they were so good about taking care of the finish touches. They help make one of the saddest situation in my life a little easier. I recently found myself in one of the saddest situations a pet owner can face. My daughter's beloved kitty companion went missing for over a week, and unfortunately, we eventually found him peacefully resting in our backyard. In the midst of our heartbreak, I wasn't sure what to do or where to turn. Loyal Companion was the very first call I made, and within the first two minutes of that conversation, I knew I didn't need to call anyone else. Every single person we spoke with was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They took the time to listen to our stories, share in our memories, and even help us find a few smiles and laughs during such a difficult time. Their empathy and genuine care meant more to us than they will ever know. No one ever wants to experience a loss like this, but I am so grateful that we had such wonderful people to help guide us through it. Thank you to every single one of you for your kindness, patience, and support. My daughter and I appreciate you more than words could ever express. Today has been one of the most challenging days of my life, as my beloved dog peacefully passed away in her sleep. I reached out to Loyal Companion, and they promptly and thoroughly addressed all of my inquiries and concerns. I had the pleasure of speaking with Casey, who was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He arrived at my home within ten minutes of our conversation to assist me with my dog. Absolutely amazing people, everything they did was directly making sure we were covered in every way shape or form. Don’t listen to the only one star review. That’s on them For not staying on top of THEIR ANIMAL. Ashley was absolutely amazing and made the process feel less like a process and more of a peace movement. She helped us find a perfect ern for our rabbit and not only that she was absolutely patient and understand with how long it took us to say our goodbyes. This company family owned or not is absolutely the best auquamatiok service I’ve ever seen. I was connected to the service out of random when I was searching for best ways to handle my situation. Their place came up first and I have zero regrets. Like I said, do not listen to the one and only one star review. If you are in a point where you don’t know what to do, THEY WILL HELP YOU. That’s period. These people just made our lives easier that’s it, no headache no problems nothing. No waiting, they had called me the day they said they would, I almost missed it even.
